  • Wish to be inspired by practical experiences and case studies from HackYourFuture on how diversity can strengthen teams and leadership culture in the tech industry.

  • Want to better understand how to attract, develop, and retain talent in a global and diverse workforce through intercultural work.

About the webinar:

How can leaders work strategically with inclusion and talent development to create stronger and more innovative teams?

In this session, HackYourFuture will share insights from their work educating technical talents from underrepresented groups and bridging the gap between diversity and leadership in the tech sector.

We’ll begin with an introduction to HackYourFuture: Why and when were they founded, and how do they approach diversity, partnerships, and talent development? And how can organizations ensure robust talent growth while responding to the needs of a rapidly evolving tech landscape?

Drawing on practical experiences, case studies, and the latest research, we’ll explore how leaders can embed inclusion and innovation into their day-to-day leadership — both operationally and strategically.

Special emphasis will be placed on intercultural collaboration and the leader’s role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent in an increasingly global and diverse workforce.

Participants will receive actionable tools and best practices that can be directly applied within their own organizations — not just as an aspirational goal, but as an integrated part of a future-ready leadership culture.
