Access to free online courses with Skillsoft
As a member of the Danish IT Society (Dansk IT), you can get free access to various online it-certification courses on Skillsoft’s immersive learning platform, Percipio. The platform is designed to make learning easier, more accessible, and more effective. For instance, you can engage in custom learning paths. Skillsoft is the perfect solution to fit learning into an otherwise hectic life.
Among the certifications you will have access to are:
• Azure Architecture
• CompTIA
• Cisco
• Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
• ITIL®
• Secure programming
You can access Skillsoft only if you are a member of the Danish IT Society.
Access to Skillsoft
If you are already a member of the Danish IT Society, you automatically have a Skillsoft account. You have to activate your account to get access to the platform Percipio. Please follow the guide below.
Guide: How to activate your Skillsoft account
1. Click on this link: danskit.percipio.com/login?state=%2F#/get-password-help
2. You will be asked to enter your e-mail. Here you must enter the e-mail that you are listed with within the membership system of the Danish IT Society.
3. You will then receive an e-mail from Percipio, telling you to create a password. Please notice that the e-mail is in Danish. Click on "Skift adgangskode".
4. You will be taken back to the Percipio login page, where you can now create a password.
5. Enter a password and click "change password". Now you should be able to log in to Percipio.
6. When you log in to Percipio for the first time, you will be greeted by a questionnaire asking you to fill in your areas of interest. Your answers will make it easier for Percipio to suggest relevant content to you.
Are you a member of Finansforbundet?
As a member of Finansforbundet, you can get a free membership of the Danish IT Society and thus also free access to DIT Akademi and Skillsoft. If you are an it-employee, you can activate your membership of the Danish IT Society on Finansforbundet's website.
